Artist Grants & Opportunities

In 2025 a pool of $82,500 will be distributed among 11 artists who will have the opportunity to create a  commissioned work with a $7500 grant. Applications close December 6th 2024. If you missed the date, this is an annual grant so be sure to sign up for 2025 auditions!

Entries are open with no current cut off date. The chosen Grand Prize winner will receive a $20,000 USD cash grant plus additional services to support the winners career. Grants can be searched up nationally or state specific and include things like 'Sound NSW' - a grant open until 28th November 2025. Funding up to 6 people on an internationally or domestic tour. The Music Australia Export Development Fund is a grant to support Australian artists in their endeavours overseas. Open to Australian artists, composers and creators individually or in groups. You must provide a touring budget and if selected Creative Australia will match these funds.
